Cutting edge software

 

We use the latest versions of Siemens Solid Edge ST3 software for all CAD work, the 3D CAD enables full history based design for present and future development.

 

The software is kept up to date with the latest releases and service packs with our maintenance agreement with our CAD vendor.

 

Solid Edge has facilities to export CAD data file to many other native CAD files e.g DXF, IGES, Solid Works, Autodesk Inventor, SAT, STEP, IGES etc.

 

Adobe Creative Suite CS4 is our preferred software for all our artwork requirements. Illustrator is ideal for importing CAD drawings for the creation of decals, screen icons etc.

 

For operators manuals and parts books we use Adobe Indesign. We are also able to generate PDF booklets of the drawing packages for ease of checking and marking up.
