3D layouts of the product were generated for review etc upon approval a full manufacturing package was generated in digital and PDF format. All steel profiles are cut and pressed from the DXF files.

 

Full manufacturing drawings for each fabricated assembly were generated including welding specifications. Many of the pressed sheet metal brackets were designed with tabs and slots to enable jig less construction to assist the fabrication process.
